Service Philosophy
At Penguin Pools, our customer service philosophy is simple:  we are dedicated to outstanding pool care SERVICE!  We are NOT a pool builder or equipment store that happens to also have a service division.  We know our customers are better served by our strict focus on pool cleaning.

We believe your pool builder is not the only service provider qualified to maintain your pool.  Too many homeowners have been locked into expensive contracts with their builders because the warranty on their pool's first year required them to take a service contract with the very same builder.  Those contracts were typically struck at very high levels because there was no competition.  After a year or two, many homeowners simply accepted the idea that those high rates were unavoidable because the builder was simply the only capable provider.  The reality is that most of these pools run on standardized plumbing & equipment that any experienced independent service company can clean and maintain just as well, at prices substantially below the builder rate.

We recognize that the Hamptons swim season is short, which is why we emphasize to our staff 100% up-time for our customers.  It is our company policy to return all calls within 2 hours, and fully resolve any service issues within 24 hours.  Penguin's owners are personally involved in following up on a technician's initial service visit with quality control spot checks of their own.
